  • CONCEPT DESIGN & ART DIRECTION
    I also offer concept design services for professional projects, particularly for jewelry houses, cinema, fashion, luxury, publishing, and artistic productions.
    These commissions may include the creation of jewelry, precious objects, costume accessories, ceremonial pieces, or the development of a complete aesthetic direction for a specific visual universe.

    Each project is studied individually according to its nature, ambition, deadlines, intended use, and the desired level of detail.

  • PIECES MADE TO ORDER
    Most pieces are made to order and require 6 to 10 weeks of production.
    Additional services may slightly extend this timeframe.
    Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
    All orders are final. Ordered pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • READY-TO-SHIP PIECES
    In-stock pieces are shipped within 7 days.
    These sold pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • RING SIZE
    Please make sure to choose the correct ring size. In case of doubt, I recommend having your size measured by a professional. Ring size scales may vary slightly from one jeweler to another, so it is recommended to know your inner diameter or finger circumference in millimeters to obtain the most accurate match.

  • MATERIALS
    I work with solid precious metals and stones carefully selected from trusted partners.
    Metal options and finishes vary depending on the pieces.

  • GEMSTONE GUIDE
    Gemstones vary in hardness and durability. Some are perfectly suited for everyday wear, while others require more care. The setting and wearing habits can also influence their longevity.

  • SHIPPING
    Orders are shipped with full insurance via fast services once completed, whenever possible.
    Shipping time is separate from production time.
    All deliveries to the United States require a signature upon receipt.
    I am not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts.

  • SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
    All orders to the United States are shipped by default with a required signature upon receipt, for security reasons.
    Signature confirmation is added whenever possible for international shipments.
    If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order is shipped so that I can remove it. Once the signature requirement has been removed, you assume responsibility for the package as soon as it is marked as delivered.
    In many cases, carriers also offer the option to sign in advance or modify delivery instructions through their management tools. I recommend carefully tracking the package and choosing the delivery option that seems safest for your address.
    A phone number is required at checkout so that I can add signature confirmation. The carrier may contact you by phone if necessary.

  • CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES
    For most international destinations outside the United States, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your order total, DDP, with no additional fees to pay upon delivery. For other regions, duties and taxes may be due upon delivery.

  • CUSTOM ORDERS
    I am currently not accepting requests for custom creations. I plan to reopen custom orders shortly. As an indication, custom creations start at €4,000 and projects may require more than 6 months to be completed.

    If you are looking for a gemstone that is not currently offered for one of our designs, I may be able to source it for you. Send a request via my email.

  • EXPERTISES
    If a stone has a grading report, for example from the Gemological Institute of America, this will be indicated separately on the product page.

  • PAYMENT PLANS
    Payment is made by bank transfer, to the IBAN/RIB details provided when confirming the order.

All my pieces can be ordered by email and can be adjusted to the size of your choice.
